ECPM has a committed and ongoing training programme, ensuring our team has the right qualifications and the confidence to carry out their work safely and with confidence.
Working at height training
All of our employees have the following:-

IPAF qualifications in all categories, for the safe use of MEWPS (cherry pickers).

Harness training.

PASMA training - Allowing our employees to erect aluminum towers correctly and safely. Using the towers as a safe platform on flat, even ground

Tetra Training – Although using ladders is our last resort when working at height, all of our staff are Tetra trained, ensuring the ladders are fixed to a building and that they are safely attached to the ladder…eradicating falls from height.

Easi-dec training – As we own various easi-dec systems, our employees are trained to erect these safely, as another means of working at height.

CAT & GENNY – Our groundworks teams are all trained in the safe use of CAT & GENNYS, enabling them to check an area before digging commences.

Trade training – As various new applications come to the market, we’re constantly ensuring that our employees are up to date with the latest techniques and skills. More recently, our roofers have now been trained in EDPM single ply roofing techniques, enabling us to offer a full range of roofing. Whether this be pitched or flat, we have the confidence, training and skills to carry out all trades correctly and safely.
